Executive Secretary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the executive office.

Job Responsibility:

1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

2. Handle communication on behalf of the executives, including answering calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.

3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings and presentations.

4. Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed.

5. Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

7. Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
